Jason Matthew Biggs is an American actor and comedian, who is best known for his film roles as James "Jim" Levenstein in the American Pie film series, Paul Tannek in the 2000 teen romantic comedy film Loser, and Darren Silverman in the 2001 comedy film Saving Silverman. He is also well-known for portraying Mike Bennett in the Fox multi-camera sitcom Outmatched, Larry Bloom in the Netflix comedy-drama series Orange Is the New Black, and for voicing Leonardo in the 2012 Nickelodeon series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (seasons 1–2).
For Disney, he played Arthur Brickman in the 2004 Miramax film Jersey Girl. He also portrayed Charlie Cooper in the 2006 adventure drama film Eight Below. Additionally, he performed the song "I'm Just a Bill" in Schoolhouse Rock! 50th Anniversary Singalong.
