Jay Scott Greenspan, better known by his stage name Jason Alexander, is an American actor, comedian, singer, director, and voice artist, who is best known for his roles as George Costanza in the NBC sitcom Seinfeld (19891998) and Ken Swallow in the short-lived sitcom Hit the Road. He also voiced Bourbon Verlander in the Fox animated sitcom The Simpsons and the titular character of the adult animated sitcom Duckman.

For Disney, he voiced Abis Mal in the 1994 direct-to-video film The Return of Jafar and the Aladdin TV series (as well as Abnor Mal/Captain Al Bahtross). He also voiced Hugo in the 1996 Disney animated feature film The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and reprised this role in House of Mouse, its direct-to-video sequel, and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Lil' Lightning in 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure, Poseidon in the Hercules TV series, and Zutho in The Legend of Tarzan. Additionally, he guest-starred in an episode of Muppets Tonight, portrayed Lionel in Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, and voiced Uncle Horst/Henri in Madeline: Lost in Paris.

Alexander is also known for his roles as Philip Stuckey in the 1990 Touchstone Pictures film Pretty Woman and Maurice Cheeks in the Hulu series History of the World, Part II.

In Soarin', he appears in the pre-show as the passenger who is advised by fellow Seinfeld alumnus Patrick Warburton, to take off his Mickey Ear Hat for his flight.
