James Patrick Stuart (born June 16, 1968) is an English-American actor and voice artist.
His Disney roles include extra characters in Phineas and Ferb; Xigbar and Braig in the Kingdom Hearts series; Black Barty in Kinect Disneyland Adventures and Additional voices in Disney INFINITY. He also portrayed Col. Prescott in Jessie in the special G.I Jessie.
