James Arnold Taylor is an American voice actor and author who is best known for voicing Ratchet from the Ratchet & Clank video game series, Tidus from Final Fantasy X, (though due to the characters adjustment of age, he would not reprise the role in Kingdom Hearts) Johnny Test from the show of the same name, Green Arrow and Guy Gardner in Batman: The Brave and the Bold and the current voice for Fred Flintstone.
He provided the voice of Milo Thatch in Atlantis: Milo's Return; Jack Sparrow and the Prince in the Kingdom Hearts series; Sam Spark from American Dragon: Jake Long; Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon and various characters on Star Wars: The Clone Wars, as well as the Talking Skull in The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow.
He has appeared at several Star Wars Weekends, performing part of his stage show "Talking to Myself."
