Humpty Dumpty is a cartoon character inspired by the popular nursery rhymes of the same name.
Humpty Dumpty appears on one of the pages of Mother Goose's magic storybook, standing on his wall and laughing. It eventually unnerves Mother Goose's pet goose to the point that it smacks Humpty Dumpty from its wall, causing him to shatter.
In this sequel of sorts to Mother Goose Melodies, Humpty Dumpty appears among the numerous nursery rhyme characters ruled by Old King Cole.
Though there had been plans to incorporate him (just like numerous characters from Lewis Carroll's Alice books), he was eventually scrapped.
