Humphrey Hop is a song featured in the 1956 Humphrey the Bear cartoon, In the Bag. The song is performed by J. Audubon Woodlore (Bill Thompson) in an attempt to trick the bears of Brownstone Park into cleaning.
Disney released a version of it (with similar instrumentation and different vocals) as a single, "The Humphrey Hop." The song was also used in the television series House of Mouse.
Lyrics
First you stick a rag, put it in the bag, bump-bump,
Then you bend your back, put it in the sack, bump-bump,
That's the way it's done - it's a lot of fun, bump-bump,
Cuttin' capers, puttin' papers in the bag.
