The following is a list of episodes of Disney's House of Mouse.

The first two seasons' worth of episodes all premiered on ABC as part of Disney's One Saturday Morning. Due to the cancellation of the programming block in 2002, the third season premiered sporadically on Toon Disney, starting with a nine-hour marathon on September 2 of that year.

01 01 "The Stolen Cartoons" January 13, 2001
In an attempt to end the show and shut down the House of Mouse, Pete steals all the cartoons, and Donald is put in charge of the club after Mickey and Goofy leave to film a new cartoon.

02 02 "Big Bad Wolf Daddy" January 27, 2001
Donald hires the Big Bad Wolf and the Three Little Pigs to perform a show at the club, which Mickey fears since the wolf damaged the club the last time he performed.

03 03 "The Three Caballeros" February 3, 2001
The Three Caballeros are scheduled to perform at the club, but no one remembers that Donald was the third Caballero. Determined to not be forgotten, he tries to be the most important performer of the group, re-naming himself "The Duck Formerly Known as Donald".

04 04 "Goofy's Valentine Date" February 10, 2001
Minnie and Daisy feel sorry for Goofy after finding out that he has no Valentine's date, so they set up a blind date for him.

05 05 "Unplugged Club" February 17, 2001
Pete attempts to stop the show again by removing the electrical battery and turning off all the club's electricity. Luckily, Mickey and Minnie turns it back on again with Zeus' lightning bolt.

06 06 "Timon and Pumbaa" February 24, 2001
Timon and Pumbaa are set to perform, but end their friendship after they argue over what they are going to do in their act. Now it's up to Mickey and Donald to bring them back together.

07 07 "Gone Goofy" March 3, 2001
Donald tries to get Goofy fired from his job as head waiter after the club's budget causes problems.

08 08 "Jiminy Cricket" March 10, 2001
When Pinocchio starts hanging out with Pain and Panic, Jiminy Cricket decides to stop being Pinocchio's conscience. When Mickey tries to help, Jiminy ends up becoming Mickey's conscience.

Before the show ends, Mickey needs to pay the rent for Pete after he unwittingly spends the money on cheese.

10 10 "Donald's Lamp Trade" March 24, 2001
Taking advantage of Donald's jealousy towards Mickey, Jafar offers to make his dream of being the club's owner come true in exchange for "the lamp."

11 11 "Donald's Pumbaa Prank" March 31, 2001
It's April Fool's Day, and after Mickey plays a friendly prank on Donald, Pete takes advantage of Donald and convinces him to play a nasty prank that could shut down the club for good.

Minnie feels that she is not appreciated at the House of Mouse after Clarabelle starts a rumor, so she quits her job, making the rest of the staff realize how much she means to them.

In an attempt to shut down the club, Pete buys magic sleeping apples from the Evil Queen/Old Peddler Woman, successfully putting everyone but Pluto to sleep.

Daisy is given a chance to perform a duet with Mickey at the club, which makes Minnie feel left out.
15 02 "Goofy for a Day" September 29, 2001
Max thinks that Goofy's job isn't as important as Mickey and Donald's, so Goofy challenges Max to be a waiter.
16 03 "Clarabelle's Big Secret" October 6, 2001
When everyone is tired of Clarabelle's old gossip, she announces that at the end of the show, she will reveal a big secret about somebody. Now, everyone in the club is convinced that she knows something hidden about them which they accidentally reveal to her.
17 04 "The Mouse Who Came to Dinner" October 13, 2001
The gang tries to please Mortimer Mouse after they mistake him for a very important restaurant critic.
18 05 "Max's New Car" November 3, 2001
Max wants to get a car, but Goofy feels he is not ready for one yet. A living car from one of the cartoons shown at the club arrives and Max takes it, only to be driven around against his will.
19 06 "Not So Goofy" November 10, 2001
The gang is tired of Goofy's clumsiness and try to teach him to be more graceful, but quickly miss the old Goofy.
20 07 "Everybody Loves Mickey" November 17, 2001
Donald is tired of all the love and respect Mickey receives, so he temporarily forms an alliance with Mortimer Mouse.
21 08 "Max's Embarrassing Date" January 19, 2002
Max has a date with Roxanne at the House of Mouse. At Max's request, everyone tries their best to keep Goofy away as he is a constant source of embarrassment to him; however, they all equally try too hard to make Max's date go well. In the end, Goofy is the one who sets things straight.
22 09 "Where's Minnie?" January 26, 2002
Minnie goes down to the prop basement to find Mickey a birthday present, but after realizing that she didn't take Pluto, Mickey thinks that she's lost and takes Pluto, Goofy, and Donald with him to find her.
23 10 "Super Goof" February 2, 2002
After eating some contaminated peanuts, Goofy becomes a superhero named Super Goof, which no one seems to know is him despite not wearing a mask or changing his voice. Now, he must save the club from an oncoming meteor.
24 11 "King Larry Swings In" February 16, 2002
King Louie's brother, King Larry guest stars at the House of Mouse, drops by the club, but ends up making a mess of things.
25 12 "Ladies' Night" February 23, 2002
It's Ladies' Night, and Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle are in charge of the club while Mickey, Donald, and Goofy go bowling. Mortimer, obsessed with being a part of the show, tries to ruin it by telling the boys that the club is in trouble.
26 13 "Dennis the Duck" May 18, 2002
It's Black and White Day at the House of Mouse, and the club is packed with old black and white cartoon characters. One of them, Dennis the Duck, tries to win over Donald.

Pete breaks the club's air-conditioner on a very hot day and the only guest left is Hades. Now, Mickey and the gang must stop Pete from driving Hades away and shutting down the club.
28 02 "Pete's One-Man Show" September 2, 2002
Pete agrees to be nice if Mickey lets him perform, but nobody comes to see him. Now, they have to convince Pete that he's performing for a full house in order to keep him from shutting down the club.
29 03 "House of Crime" September 2, 2002
A string of unexplained thefts and kidnappings occur at the club.
30 04 "Mickey and Minnie's Big Vacation" September 2, 2002
Mickey and Minnie try to leave for a vacation and leave Donald and Daisy in charge of the club.
31 05 "Donald and the Aracuan Bird" September 2, 2002
The Aracuan bird visits the House of Mouse as the special guest of the evening. However, Donald is not too happy about it, and is being driven insane when he constantly gets blamed for the chaos the bird causes.
32 06 "Goofy's Menu Magic" September 2, 2002
Goofy takes over for Gus Goose as the club's head chef for one night but is a total disaster. After the Fairy Godmother accidentally leaves her wand with the dishes, Goofy uses its magic to make his meals taste delicious.
33 07 "Music Day" September 2, 2002
The Quackstreet Boys (Huey, Dewey, and Louie) have broken up and Mickey, Donald, and Goofy have to reunite them in time for the show, even resorting to impersonating them and playing music terribly.
34 08 "House of Scrooge" September 2, 2002
Scrooge McDuck buys the House of Mouse. Realizing that they spend too much money, he increases the prices on everything and slashes all of the club's budgets.
35 09 "Donald Wants to Fly" September 2, 2002
The theme of the day is flight, and Donald wants to fly. Various characters try to help, but nothing works ... until Peter Pan arrives.
36 10 "Dining Goofy" September 2, 2002
When touchscreen computers and headset-wearing penguins start taking over his duties, Goofy attempts to help the other staff members out.
37 11 "Chip 'n' Dale" September 2, 2002
Chip and Dale try to steal all the nuts in the club, and when Donald tries to stop them, Mickey mistakes the duck for the thief, even though he is innocent and he didn't do anything.
38 12 "Humphrey in the House" September 2, 2002
Ranger J. Audubon Woodlore and the Brownstone Park Bears, including Humphrey, are hired as the club's janitors when the Magic Brooms go on vacation. Humphrey is more interested in the cuisine than work, leading to trouble.
39 13 "Ask Von Drake" September 2, 2002
Mickey tries to prove Ludwig Von Drake wrong after he states that he knows everything.
40 14 "Salute to Sports" September 2, 2002
Donald tries to prove that he is a good sport by not losing his temper. Meanwhile, Goofy tries to sing the National Anthem, but keeps getting it wrong.
41 15 "Pluto vs. Figaro" September 2, 2002
Minnie thinks that Pluto is overworked and hires Figaro to help him, but he only causes more trouble for Pluto.
42 16 "House of Magic" September 2, 2002
Daisy convinces Mickey to let her perform a magic act in the show, but makes the audience (and later the club, minus the screen) disappear.
43 17 "Mickey vs. Shelby" September 2, 2002
Mrs. Turtle wants her baby son Shelby to perform, and Mickey agrees to babysit him. However, Shelby, always wanting to give constant headaches to those who are not his mother, drives Mickey insane and nearly gets him in trouble.
44 18 "House of Turkey" September 2, 2002
Everyone looks forward to the Turkey coming to the club on Thanksgiving, but not just for his performance.
45 19 "Pete's Christmas Caper" December 2, 2002
Pete tries to steal everyone's presents when he volunteers to play Santa at the staff's Christmas party.
46 20 "Clarabelle's Christmas List" December 2, 2002
Clarabelle claims to have Santa's Naughty or Nice list, and adds anyone who tries to sneak a peek at it on the Naughty list.
47 21 "Snow Day" December 14, 2002
There's a big blizzard outside, which means that the House of Mouse is closed for the day ... until Salty the Seal shows up, looking for some entertainment.
48 22 "Pete's House of Villains" March 2, 2003
Due to Pete's hatred of the club, Mickey lets him run the club so they can see how difficult it really is. The rest of the staff quits as a result, so Pete hires some of his fellow Disney Villains to run the place.
49 23 "Halloween With Hades" October 3, 2003
Hades falls in love with Maleficent, and Mickey tries to bring them together.
50 24 "House Ghosts" October 10, 2003
It's Halloween, and Pete unleashes some grim, grinning ghosts onto the club to try and scare everyone away.
51 25 "House of Genius" October 17, 2003
Ludwig Von Drake replaces the staff with robotic versions of themselves to make the club more efficient, but everyone soon starts to miss the real versions.
52 26 "Mickey and the Culture Clash" October 24, 2003
Mickey thinks that Minnie is looking for a more sophisticated boyfriend, and Mortimer offers to "help".
