Hollywood & Dine was a short-lived food court located in what is now the Hollywood Studios section of Hollywood Pictures Backlot at Disney's California Adventure, featuring four separate quick-service counters based on real-life historic Los Angeles restaurants.
Don the Beachcomber
Don the Beachcomber, based on the real-life chain of Polynesian-themed restaurants founded by Donn Beach, served Chinese cuisine, such as Szechuan beef and kung pao chicken.
Wilshire Bowl, based on a real-life 1930s Art Deco nightclub on Miracle Mile of the same name, served burgers and chicken sandwiches.
Villa Capri, based on a real-life Italian restaurant in Hollywood that operated from 1957 to 1982, served pizza and salads
Schwab's Pharmacy, based on the real-life Sunset Boulevard drugstore of the same name, served soup, sandwiches, and salads.
The outside of the building, like much of Hollywood Pictures Backlot, resembled a soundstage. The outdoor dining area featured assortments of movie props and equipment. A large mural, depicting a futuristic Hollywood, featuring movie theaters (showing films such as Scream 33, The Sixty-Sixth Sense, and Fantasia 2460) and futuristic landmarks such as a DisneyQuest hovering thousands of feet over Los Angeles.
