Hertz Donut, A.K.A. Experiment 022, is an illegal genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba. He is designed to shoot donuts that can restrain movements from his mouth. His one true place is running his own donut stand He appears in Stitch!. He is voiced by Frank Welker.

Physical appearance
Hertz Donut is a green seahorse-like experiment with a purple eyes, a donut-like mouth, six ears, and a long curling antenna winding behind his head.
Special Abilities
Hertz Donut can confine, and prevent movement by firing ring-like donuts at a target. He has the ability to speak fluent English, and hops instead of walks.

Experiment 022 was the 22nd genetic experiment created by Jumba with Hämsterviel's funding. He was designed to offer you a Hertz donut. When you ask him what it is, he hits you and says, "Hurts, don't it?". 022 and the other first 624 experiments were deactivated and smuggled to Earth by Jumba during his mission to capture Experiment 626.
All of the experiment pods were released and scattered across the island of Kauai.
Hämsterviel gained possession of Hertz Donut under unknown circumstances, modified him to shoot donuts that can restrain movements, and released him on Yuna and Stitch after Dorkifier to wreak havoc.
