Heather Grace Angel was an English actress and voice actress, who provided the voices for Alice's Sister in the Disney animated feature films: Alice in Wonderland (1951) and Mary Darling in Peter Pan (1953).

Growing up in London, Angel began her career on the stage at the Old Vic in 1926 and later appeared with touring companies and Broadway before moving into film acting in the early 1930s with films, such as City of Song, Night in Montmartre, The Hound of the Baskervilles, The Bold Caballero, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, The Three Musketeers, The Informer, The Last of the Mohicans, Pride and Prejudice, Suspicion, Kitty Foyle, Time to Kill, Lady Hamilton, Lifeboat, and as Phyllis Clavering in the popular Bulldog Drummond series from 1937 to 1939. Following her appearance in Lifeboat, Angel's film appearances in the following years were few, but she returned to Hollywood to provide voices for Disney.

Her television credits included Lawman, Perry Mason, The Guns of Will Sonnett, Mr. Novak, Peyton Place, and Family Affair with Sebastian Cabot as Miss Faversham.
