Harvey Forbes Fierstein (born June 6, 1954) is an American actor and playwright who voiced Yao in the 1998 Disney animated film Mulan, a role in which he later reprised in its sequel, and the video game Kingdom Hearts II. He also voiced Argus Panoptes in the Hercules episode "Hercules and the Bacchanal".
