Ginger S. Kelly is Wizard Kelly's wife. She is first seen as a cheerleader at a basketball game at which Oscar, Felix, and Bobby are working as Ice Cream men. She is the first of many women on the series who Oscar attempts to have an affair with. She seduces Oscar by rubbing his chin and inviting him to come to a party after the game. Oscar accepts the invitation right away, but doesn't attend because he needs to help Trudy. She is seen later in the series helping Wizard host a scavenger hunt, and Oscar is still very attracted to her, but she seems to have lost her appeal to him.
