"Galactech: The Galactech Grab" is the first segment of the thirty-sixth episode of Miles from Tomorrowland. It premiered on August 1, 2016 alongside "Galactech: An Admiral Rescue", and is the first segment of the sixth episode in the second season.

Plot[]

In the Stellosphere, the Callistos set course for their home solar system. After being acknowledged by Phoebe, Stella activates the ship's Galactech Globe, giving the ship its new design. Leo activates its engines, and the ship goes so fast, even though it is not even close to top speed. Miles tells M.E.R.C. how awesome it is, and Loretta realizes that they are at their destination, although the trip should have taken hours. Leo then ends the engine test and stops the Stellosphere. Miles wonders if he can try his Galactech suit. He is about to press a button when the Callistos stop him. Loretta finds out that that button activates the jump-boots. The last time Miles did so, he put a dent in the ceiling, but at least he was wearing a helmet. Phoebe suggests that any and all new functions are tested outside the ship at a later time. Miles then follows Leo to the engine room to find out if the engines are okay after the space sprint.

Meanwhile, Gadfly's ship, the Scourge, approaches, and Gadfly wonders how the Stellosphere got a new look. He realizes that the Callistos added some awesome technology there, which he wants. Gadfly tells the goons that their task is to steal whatever it is that made the Stellosphere so fast and speedy. To do so, the goons have to float over and sneak aboard the ship. One goon is unable to guess the code to unlock the hatch, and the other smashes the system so the hatch unlocks.

In the engine room, Leo finds out that the Stellosphere going that fast did not damage the engines at all. The goons are spying on him, Miles, and M.E.R.C. Stella then deactivates Galactech. Miles is impressed about how great the Galactech Globe is, and the different upgrades it gives the Stellosphere. Leo says that this is a special gift they were given, and a mystery, and he can not wait to learn everything it does. After Miles, Leo, and M.E.R.C. leave the engine room, the goons appear, and realize that the globe is what Gadfly wants them to steal. Despite Stella launching her light snares, the goons successfully steal the globe.

Leo wonders where the break-in is, and Phoebe says that it is in the engine room. She then tells Stella where the intruders are, and Stella says they have just exited the Stellosphere. Leo rotates the ship 180 degrees, and sees the Scourge, Gadfly's ship. Phoebe wants to know what Gadfly's goons were doing in the Stellosphere, and Leo follows it.

The goons tell Gadfly that the Galactech Globe is what gave the Stellosphere great updates. This impresses Gadfly, who says that with it, he can go home and prove that he is a winner, a champion, and a hero. He then sees the Stellosphere, and quickly plugs the globe in the energy port, causing Gadfly and the goons to have new looks, and for the Scourge to be upgraded. Miles wonders if Gadfly has his own Galactech Globe, and Stella realizes that the globe is missing. Miles immediately realizes that that is what Gadfly stole. The Callistos call Gadfly, and tell him to return the globe back. After two dangerous attempts with some of the Scourge's new features, Gadfly tells the Callistos a little something his Aunt Trisophala used to say: buzz off.

The Scourge uses its Galactech Mode to go very fast, and not even the Stellosphere's full speed is going to be enough. Loretta says that the Builders trusted the Callistos to keep the globe safe, but they let Gadfly steal it. Miles tells her that they will get the globe back. He then finds out that the Galactech Globe is Gadfly's ticket home, and wonders if he is bringing it to his people. Loretta then finds out through her Bracelex that Gadfly is from an inhabited asteroid called Larval. Everyone who lives there is also a thief and, so the SpaceGuard never finds them, Larval is hidden in the Royal Asteroid Field. The Callistos then set course for that location.

Gadfly is almost about to reach his home planet when a force field prevents him from going any further. Emperor Diptera calls, telling Gadfly to go away. Gadfly tells him that he is a little mad from the time he broke into his treasure chest. Gadfly also tells him that they are all thieves, which is like being family. Diptera says that although they are all thieves, the difference is, Gadfly is supposed to be stealing for them, not from them. Gadfly pleads for him to not send him away again, and if Diptera lets Gadfly in, he can borrow the most high-tech starship in the galaxy, and Diptera seems impressed about it.

Meanwhile, the Stellosphere parks behind an asteroid. The Callistos decide to use their Questcoms to stay in touch once they sneak aboard the Scourge. Then, they will split up, find the engine room, and get the globe back. The Callistos use their blast-jets to get to the Scourge, and Loretta unlocks its security system very quickly. Gadfly, meanwhile, tells Diptera that if the latter can borrow the Scourge with the Galactech Globe, he can let Gadfly back home. Diptera agrees, and Gadfly says that they have a deal. Just then, Gadfly sees the Callistos, and tells Diptera to wait.

After the Callistos deactivate the goons, they make it to the engine room. They are about to get the globe back when Gadfly interrupts them, and sees so many buttons on his suit. Miles warns him to not touch the orange button. Gadfly ignores him, and as a result, he bounces out of control. Miles tells him that that button starts the jump-boots. Loretta takes the globe, and the Callistos head back to the Stellosphere with it. Gadfly returns to contact with Diptera, who tells him that there is no deal and that the SpaceGuard are on their way. He then tells Gadfly a little something Gadfly's Aunt Trisophala used to say: buzz off. The SpaceGuard then arrives at Gadfly's ship.

Back in the Stellosphere's engine room, Loretta places the Galactech Globe where it belongs. Phoebe congratulates everyone, and also says that since the SpaceGuard is picking up Gadfly, the Callistos should head to the Tethoscape for a nice dinner at the Floovox Grille. Miles likes the idea, and wonders how fast they can get there, and Leo says that they are about to find out. The Stellosphere then sets course for the Tethoscape with its Galactech speed.
