On April 29, 2015, Oriental Land Company revealed the theme for the eighth port in development at Tokyo DisneySea will be Scandinavia with a portion of the area themed to Frozen, and was scheduled to open in 2020. However, since the plan of Fantasyland at Tokyo Disneyland had changed, the plan of Scandinavia has been delayed to some time after 2021.
It will feature new attractions, shops and restaurants. While they also promise "multiple major attractions" to be part of this new port, they also say that the overall size and scale of the port will be about the same size as the Arabian Coast.
