Tyrel Jackson Williams is an American actor, voice actor, singer, and musician, who is known for his Disney role Leo Francis Dooley in the Disney XD series Lab Rats. Williams was previously seen in the pilot episode of Good Luck Charlie and Pair of Kings. He also appeared in the made for TV movie Pants on Fire as Mikey. Additionally, he provides the voice of Finn the Mer-Boy in the Disney Junior series Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Presto in Future-Worm!, and Philip in Motorcity. His older brother, Tyler James Williams, is also an actor and singer.
