Kristen Joy Schaal is an American actress, voice actress, comedian, and writer. She is best known for her television roles as Carol Pilbasian in The Last Man on Earth, Mel in Flight of the Conchords, and Hurshe Heartshe in The Heart, She Holler. She also voiced Louise Belcher in the Fox animated sitcom Bob's Burgers, a role she reprised in the 2022 movie adaptation of the show, and Barb the ape in the 2013 Sony Pictures animated film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2.
For Disney, she voiced Trixie in Disney/Pixar's 2010 film Toy Story 3, and reprised this role in Toy Story 4, as well as the shorts and specials. She also voiced Mabel Pines in Disney Channel/Disney XD's Gravity Falls, and portrayed Alona in the 2010 Touchstone Pictures film When in Rome and the Anger Management group moderator in the 2011 musical comedy film The Muppets. Additionally, she voiced Bella the Bellhop in Amphibia and played Number Two in The Mysterious Benedict Society.
