Wallace Eugene "Wally" Wingert is an American actor, voice actor, and former radio personality, who is best known for his role as the announcer of the NBC late-night talk show The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He is also well-known for being the current voice of Jon Arbuckle in the CGI animated series The Garfield Show (along with also voicing Myron and Bruno), and for voicing the Almighty Tallest in the Nickelodeon series Invader Zim, Renji Abarai in the English dub of the anime series Bleach, the Riddler in the Batman: Arkham video game series, and Cubot in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise and the Sonic Boom TV series.
For Disney, he voiced Elastico in the English dub of Stitch!, Cubby in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, Kinect: Disneyland Adventures, and various other games, the announcer in Disney Th!nk Fast, Flik in Disney Sing Along Songs: Flik's Musical Adventure at Disney's Animal Kingdom, The Ugly Bug Ball attraction & How NOT to Draw, and the Loafer Alien in Can of Worms. He also voiced M.O.D.O.K. in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Icthior in Power Rangers: Super Legends, the titular character of The Bite-Sized Adventures of Sam Sandwich, Waiter Hero in Higglytown Heroes, Time in Disney Infinity: 3.0, Humpty Dumpty in Alice Through the Looking Glass, and additional voices in Return to Never Land and Wander Over Yonder.
