The Jungle Book: The Making of a Musical Masterpiece is a behind-the-scenes documentary narrated by Corey Burton about the making of Disney's animated musical adaptation of Kipling's classic The Jungle Book. It was originally made to commemorate the film's 30th anniversary and was included with the film's Walt Disney Masterpiece Collection VHS and laserdisc release. For the Platinum Edition the documentary was upgraded and replaced by "The Bare Necessities: The Making of The Jungle Book." The documentary was made in 1997 by TV is OK Productions and was directed by Jeff Kurtti.
