Phillip "Phil" Fondacaro is an American actor with dwarfism. For Disney, he played a demon clown in the 1983 Disney film Something Wicked This Way Comes and Fuzzbucket in the 1985 film of the same name. He also voiced the Creeper and Horned King's guards in the 1985 Disney animated feature film The Black Cauldron and additional voices in the Disney animated series Hercules.
Born in 1958, Fondacaro began acting in 1981, with the film Under the Rainbow, and later Return of the Jedi, as an Ewok, the only one to have a death scene. He later appeared films, like Troll, Willow, Ghoulies II, The Garbage Pail Kids Movie, Double, Double, Toil and Trouble, Phantasm II, Addams Family Reunion, and Bordello of Blood.
His television credits include Tales from the Crypt, Quantum Leap, Touched by an Angel, Walker, Texas Ranger, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Passions, and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.
