Tzi Ma (Chinese: 馬志) is a Hong Kong-born American actor, who played The Dragon in Once Upon a Time, Agent Kwan Chen in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Will Chang in Million Dollar Arm, voiced Hamato Xiono in Star Wars Resistance, and played Hua Zhou in the 2020 live-action adaptation of Mulan. He also appeared in the 2004 Touchstone Pictures film The Ladykillers, as well as in other ABC Studios TV shows, such as MacGyver, NYPD Blue, Once Upon a Time, and Grey's Anatomy.

Ma was born in Hong Kong and moved to the United States with his family when was five years old. Ma grew up in New York, where his parents ran an American Chinese restaurant, Ho Wah, in Staten Island. He found his love for acting when he played Buffalo Bill in an elementary school production of Annie Get Your Gun. Ma started professionally acting in 1973 through experimental theater whige attending Nassau Community College, studying acting and teaching movement. His first theatre performance was in 1975 at an outdoor theater in Roosevelt State Park as the Monkey King in a stage adaptation of a Beijing opera titled, Monkey King in the Yellow Stone King.

His martial arts skills led him to a film debut 1979's Cocaine Cowboys. This led to film appearances in The Money Pit, RoboCop 2, Dante's Peak, The Quiet American, Akeelah and the Bee, Arrival, Tigertail, and the Rush Hour films. His television credits include 24, Walker, Texas Ranger, Law & Order, ER, Chicago Hope, The Unit, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Fringe, The Cosby Show, American Dad!, Hell on Wheels, The Man In The High Castle, Wu Assassins, and 24: Live Another Day.
