Billy and Tony guard Hag Witch's house while she's out, but they can't resist breaking into her spells cabinet.
Plot[]
Billy and Tony arrive to apprentice under the Hag Witch. However, Hag Witch is leaving to get her nose wart enlarged by her sisters and instead orders the two to dust around her house while she is gone. There is one stipulation: they are not allowed to open her cabinet and places a spell on it so they will be unable to. Obviously, the two become curious about what it inside and try desperately to get it open, but to absolutely no avail. Billy suddenly realizes that the spell is only for him and Tony and calls upon the aid of Yucky to come and help. The cabinet doors open for him and Billy discovers numerous spell ingredients. They mix several of them and create silly spheres, small balls that induce lunacy temporarily. They decide to spread their new creation.
Hag Witch meets with her sisters who proceed to do everything to enlarge her nose wart, but instead seem to make it smaller, most likely due to malice. Meanwhile, Billy, Tony and Yucky toss a silly sphere at Count Wretcher who ceases his usual insult towards Thurston and proceeds to act goofy instead. Billy suddenly gets a brilliant idea to improve on the silly spheres. Despite some reluctance from Tony, they all agree to add more ingredients, along with a strand of Billy's hair. Billy tosses a silly sphere at Wretcher again, but this time it also alters his appearance to make him slightly resemble Billy. Realizing who the culprit is, Wretcher chases after the trio in comical fury.
To run faster, Billy tosses several silly spheres out and accidentally hits Gorkager, Zartran and Gumbrump who all begin chasing Billy and his friends as well. They get back to the Hag House and hide in the cabinet. All the villains begin destroying the house as they realize that the Hag Witch is also to blame. As Billy, Tony and Yucky attempt to flee, the Hag Witch returns and demands an explanation. After Billy explains everything, a silly sphere falls out and returns everyone back to normal and enlarges Hag Witch's wart into a large Billy afro one. She happily kicks everyone out. Billy, Tony and Yucky are thankful they did not get a comeuppance, unaware that they are now fused together.
