Michelle Suzanne Ruff is an American voice actress, who is best known for her work in anime and video games. Her notable roles include Rukia Kuchiki in Bleach, Shino Asada (Sinon) in Sword Art Online, Chi in Chobits, Jill Valentine in the more recent Resident Evil video games, Luna in the Viz Media re-dub of Sailor Moon, Cream the Rabbit in the Sonic the Hedgehog series from 2010-present, and Yoko Litter in Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. She also provides the voice of Yukari Takeba from Persona 3 and Sadayo Kawakami from Persona 5.
For Disney, she voiced Jeena in the Spectrobes Webisodes and the video game Spectrobes: Origins. She also voiced Hazuki and Mrs. Sickly in the English dub version of Stitch!, ADR voices in The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Iron Man 2, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and additional voices in the English dub version of Studio Ghibli's The Wind Rises and Kingdom Hearts III.
