Mesmero (first name Vincent) is a mutant super-villain with the power of hypnosis. He's an enemy of the Wolverine and Spider-Man.
Mesmero was created by Arnold Drake, Don Heck and Werner Roth.
History[]
Ultimate Spider-Man[]
After Spider-Man and Wolverine stop Mesmero's hypnotized citizens and send him to jail, he uses his powers to make the heroes switch bodies. After a difficult battle against Sabretooth, Spider-Man, and Wolverine (in each other's body) go to Mesmero's cell and treathen him into changing them back.
