Barry Mann is an American songwriter and musician, and part of a successful songwriting partnership with his wife, Cynthia Weil.

For Disney, Mann and Weil wrote all the songs for the 1996 Muppet film Muppet Treasure Island. Mann also provided backing vocals on the song track "A Professional Pirate".

Additionally, Mann wrote two songs that were performed on The Muppet Show: "Here You Come Again" (performed by Leslie Uggams and Lew Zealand) and "Who Put the Bomp (in the Bomp, Bomp, Bomp)" (performed by Geri and the Atrics).

Mann and Weil's 1963 song "On Broadway" was performed by George Benson and Clifford on the 1994 album Kermit Unpigged.

Mann also wrote "Once Upon a Time in New York City" with Howard Ashman for Oliver & Company.
