In episode 606 we are back in monster territory when an extremely slow moving alien monster -- or carpet commercial gone horribly wrong -- attacks a small town, turning the population into its own personal buffet.
As a matter of fact, the monster carpet moves at such a sloth-like pace the population -- being the kindly folk they are -- help the poor, carpet monster by not walking away from it at a leisurely pace - and actually force feeding it with themselves.
Maybe they were trying to kill it through indigestion...?
Oh, and just as a side note - it's never a good idea to show all of the monster at the very beginning of the film -- especially when it looks this ridiculous.
Anyway, look out for Operation Mild Surprise, the unbearable whiteness of being, a very un-involving video game, greasy earth girls, questionable use of a hand, the creeping newlywed, the dramatic potential of a rectal thermometer, a boy shedding his antlers, the young Peter Graves chronicles, portrayal of deep, clinical depression, a disapproving Jackson Pollack, obscene use of a small car, actual dialogue, gestures, a soldiers creeping terror, a monster from Radio Shack, Jack Nicholson's courteous driving school, perfection of the dial, and the special unit (HEEELLOOO!).
P.S. Is it just me or does our "hero" look a lot like Bruce Campbell as "demon Ash" in Evil Dead 2 at certain angles?
