Kali Bianca Troy, also known as Kittie, is an American voice actress and radio personality. She is is known for her starring roles as Trixie, Shaniqua Chulavista, Ms. McGuire, and Courtney in the Disney Channel animated series American Dragon: Jake Long. She also voiced Taranee Cook in W.I.T.C.H..
Troy was born in Washington, D.C. and studied broadcast journalism at Clark Atlanta University and has a degree in print journalism from the University of the District of Columbia.
She has worked with Big Tigger on his syndicated radio show Live in tha Den, as well as Spinderella on her syndicated radio program called The BackSpin. She also hosted her own weekly radio show about Voice Over called "HEAR kittie kittie" on Dash Radio Along with Kevin Black and Da'Hitman. She later provided the voice of Cita in BET's series Cita's World and voices in shows, like Lazor Wulf, Young Justice, and The Boondocks.
Her live-action films include White Men Can't Rap and Up Against the 8-Ball.
