Joseph Franklin "Joey" Bragg is an American actor and comedian, who portrayed Joey Rooney in Disney Channel's Liv and Maddie. He reprised his role, along with Tenzing Norgay Trainor, in a crossover special with Jessie. He also played Mark in the Disney XD TV movie Mark & Russell's Wild Ride, Freddie Raines in Call Your Mother, and Kyle Ecklund in the CBS/ABC Studios TV show Criminal Minds.
He was also part of the Disney on Ice show Follow Your Heart, where he performed as a fish in the Finding Dory segment.
