Bernard Fox was a Welsh actor and voice actor, who was best known for his role as Dr. Bombay in the comedy-fantasy series Bewitched.
For Disney, he provided the voice of the Chairmouse in The Rescuers and its sequel The Rescuers Down Under, along with Dr. Mouse. He also played the role of Max in Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo and a car salesman in The Million Dollar Duck. In addition, he voiced the Professor in Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers and did voice work in The Animated Atlas of the World.
