Dennis Dexter Haysbert is an American actor and voice actor, known for his distinctive deep voice. He is best known for his roles as David Palmer in the Fox crime drama series 24 and as God in the Fox/Netflix urban fantasy series Lucifer. He is also well-known for his various TV commercials, one of which he is revealed to be the Allstate insurance spokesman. Additionally, he voiced Kale and Master Storming Ox in DreamWorks' Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas and Kung Fu Panda 2 (respectively).

For Disney, he voiced General Hologram in the 2012 Disney animated feature film Wreck-It Ralph. He also played Dr. Garrett in the 2019 Fox Christian film Breakthrough and Ed in the 2022 Hulu film No Exit. Additionally, he voiced Zipper in the Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers hybrid film on Disney+.
