Héctor Elizondo is an American actor, who is best known for his role as Dr. Philip Watters in the CBS medical drama series Chicago Hope from 1994 to 2000.
For Disney, he voiced Zafiro in the 1994 Disney television series Gargoyles and Malcho in the Aladdin TV series, and portrayed Joe in the 2001 Disney film The Princess Diaries and its 2004 sequel and the Warden in Taking Care of Business. He also played Barnard Thompson in Pretty Woman, Mickey Massey in Raising Helen, Ernie in The Other Sister, and a judge in Beaches. In addition, he voiced Fiero in Elena of Avalor, Captain Colossus in Jake and the Never Land Pirates, and Grandpa Beagle in Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures. He also played Ed Alzate in Last Man Standing.
