Donald "Don" Novello is an American writer, film director, producer, actor, singer, and comedian, who, for Disney, played Hector in the 1989 Touchstone Pictures film New York Stories. He also voiced Vincenzo "Vinny" Santorini in the 2001 Disney animated feature film Atlantis: The Lost Empire and its 2003 direct-to-video sequel Atlantis: Milo's Return, as well as other media associated with said films.

Novello was born in Ashtabula, Ohio and graduated from Lorain High School. He subsequently enrolled at the University of Dayton and graduated in 1964 with a Bachelor of Foreign Trade degree from the American Graduate School of International Management.

He is perhaps best known for his work as a writer and cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live from 1977 to 1980 and again from 1985 to 1986, especially for his recurring role as Father Guido Sarducci (also reprising this role as a cameo in the 1995 live-action film Casper), as well as shows, like Married...with Children, Blossom, It's Garry Shandling's Show, Unhappily Ever After, Square Pegs, The Colbert Report, and in the 1980 documentary film Gilda Live.
