Stephen James "Steve" Mackall is a Canadian voice actor, voice-over announcer, and screenwriter. His best known voice for Disney was Marsupilami in the TV series of the same name. He also provided the voice of Owl in Disney's Sing-Along Songs, Nosedive Flashblade in the Mighty Ducks, Dr. Happy in Timon & Pumbaa, Vector in Quack Pack, Husband in The Shnookums and Meat Funny Cartoon Show, and the sports announcer of the ABC Kids block from 2002 to 2006.
