Stephanie Ru-Phan Sheh is an American voice actress, ADR director, singer, and producer. Her most notable roles include Eureka in Eureka Seven, Hinata Hyūga in Naruto, Yui in Sword Art Online, Orihime Inoue in Bleach, Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon in the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal, Kuro in Blue Exorcist, Yui Hirasawa in K-ON!, Mikuru Asahina in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Akira Kogami in Lucky Star, and Tharja from the Fire Emblem series.
For Disney, she provided the voice of Treasure and Blossom in the Palace Pets app game and Taro in the English dub version of Stitch!. She also voiced Piper and Vega in Star Darlings, Po Po in Miles from Tomorrowland, Crystal Amaquelin in Avengers Assemble and Marvel Future Avengers, and Saku in Star Wars: Visions. Starting with the season three episode "Pen Pals", she replaced Monica Ray as the voice of Kiki Kitashima in Big City Greens.
