Cymphonique Miller, known professionally as Cymphonique, is an American actress and singer-songwriter, who is best known for her role as Kacey Simon in the Nickelodeon sitcom How to Rock in 2012.
For Disney, she voiced Holly in the first three seasons of the Disney Channel Original Series Phineas and Ferb.
