Elvia Allman was an American character actress and voiceover performer, who, for Disney was best remembered as the voice of Clarabelle Cow from 1933 to 1990. She also appeared in the short-lived series Herbie, the Love Bug.

Born in 1904, Allman began her career through various radio programs, such as Blue Monday Jamboree, The Komedy Kingdom, The Pepsodent Show, The Adventures of Maisie, The Cinnamon Bear, The Durante-Moore Show, and The Abbott and Costello Show. By the 1940s, she appeared on screen in character roles, such as her memorable performance as the stern, no-nonsense boss in the classic I Love Lucy candy factory episode "Job Switching" with a repeat appearance as Nancy Graham the reporter in the 1955 episode "The Homecoming". Her other television credits included I Married Joan, December Bride, The Bob Cummings Show, The Jack Benny Program, The Dick Van Dyke Show, Hazel, The Addams Family, The Munsters, Mister Ed, Bewitched, The Andy Griffith Show, Perry Mason, Petticoat Junction, The Beverly Hillbillies, The Odd Couple, and Murder, She Wrote.

Allman also appeared in films, like Road to Singapore, A Night at Earl Carroll's, Sweetheart of the Fleet, In Society, The Noose Hangs High, You Can't Run Away from It, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Nutty Professor, and Honeymoon Hotel.

She died in Santa Monica, California, March 6, 1992. She was succeeded as the voice actress of Clarabelle Cow by April Winchell.
