Thomas Christopher "Chris" Parnell is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and singer. He is best known as a cast member in NBC's Saturday Night Live from 1998–2006 and for his role as Dr. Leo Spaceman in NBC's comedy series 30 Rock. He also voices Cyril Figgis in the FX comedy series Archer, the storyteller in WordGirl, Jerry Smith in the Adult Swim sci-fi comedy series Rick and Morty, and Mr. Peabody in the Netflix series The Mr. Peabody and Sherman Show.
For Disney, he voiced Judge Blort Clooney in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, Mr. Thistleton in Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice, Professor Zacharias Fleeber in the Sofia the First episode "Her Royal Spyness", and did additional voices in Gravity Falls. He also plays Dean Parker in the ABC sitcom Black-ish and its Freeform spin-off Grown-ish.
In addition, he voiced Migs in the Disney Junior series Elena of Avalor. He later played Uncle Stu in Home Sweet Home Alone and Dave Bollinari in the Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers film. He also voiced the Captain of the Inverness in The Mysterious Benedict Society, George Washington in Night at the Museum: Kahmunrah Rises Again, and the Hair Safety Narrator in Hailey's On It!.
