Mr. Swirly is a character in Disney's Doug. He used to be employed by a restaurant named the Honker Burger, though he was let go after the restaurant was shut down and replaced by Chez Honque. After this, he opened his own ice cream business by the name of Swirly's Ice Cream. He was voiced by Bruce Bayley Johnson.
Physical appearance[]
Mr. Swirly is a man with white hair swirled up in the style of ice cream, and has mustache. He also has a periwinkle jacket, a white buttoned shirt, and a red bow tie.
Personality[]
He is shown to care deeply about the products he produces, as in one episode he immediately halted the production of his "Booster Bars", (which were being sold to the Bluff Scouts) after finding out they were accidentally mixed with cement. As an apology he also gave the Bluff Scouts an entire shipment of the chocolate for free.

Mr. Swirly appears in the Disney version of Doug, though instead of being employed by the Honker Burger as he was in the Nickelodeon version, he instead opened his own ice cream shop named Swirly's Ice Cream. After this, Swirly's Ice Cream became the new hangout for Doug and his friends after the Honker Burger shut down.
Doug's 1st Movie[]
Mr. Swirly also appears in Doug's 1st Movie, which is the last chronological appearance of the characters from Doug.

- In the Nickelodeon version of Doug, Mr. Swirly has purple skin, though he is Caucasian in the Disney version.
