Cameron Riley Monaghan is an American actor and model, who is known for his roles as Ian Gallagher in the Showtime comedy-drama Shameless from 2011 to 2021 and twins Jerome and Jeremiah Valeska, who serve as origins for the DC Comics villain character, the Joker, in the Fox DC Comics based crime drama Gotham from 2015 to 2019.

For Disney, he portrayed Winthrop Paroo in the 2003 movie The Music Man (which marked his acting debut), a traffic cop in the 2006 movie The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause, Corey Doyle in the 2011 movie Prom, and Cal Kestis in the Star Wars video games Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. He also voiced Andy in the Shorty McShorts' Shorts episode "Flip Flopped". He has a role in Tron: Ares.
