Ruth Ann Buzzi is a retired American actress, voice actress, comedian, and singer. She is best known for her regular performances in Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, in which she earned several Emmy Award nominations, as well as portraying Ruthie in Sesame Street for five years.

Her other television credits include Love, American Style, Here's Lucy, Emergency!, The Love Boat, Alice, CHiPs, Days of Our Lives, Out of This World, Saved by the Bell, The Jamie Foxx Show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, 7th Heaven, Diagnosis: Murder, and Passions.

She also lent her voice to animated shows, such as Alvin and the Chipmunks (1983), The Berenstain Bears (1985), The Jetsons, Pound Puppies (1986), The Pink Panther, Rocket Power, and Sheep in the Big City.

Her Disney roles include Frou-Frou's singing voice in The Aristocats, the soprano voice in It's Tough to Be a Bird, the opposing coach in the 1976 version of Freaky Friday, Dr. Rheems in The North Avenue Irregulars, Kanga in the 1986 video game version of Winnie the Pooh in the Hundred Acre Wood, Midge and Mrs. Sweeney in the Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers episode "Pie in the Sky", Old Tough Kate (a.k.a. Granny) in The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again, the German Mouse in The Rescuers, and an Alien Cow in the Darkwing Duck episode "Twin Beaks". She also guest-starred in Episode 104 of The Muppet Show.
