Andrew Michael Scott Francis is a Canadian actor and voice actor. He is best known for voicing Genki Sakura in Monster Rancher, Shining Armor in Hasbro Studios' My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and Ty Rux in DreamWorks' Dinotrux. He also took over the voice role of Cole in Ninjago (following the death of Kirby Morrow).
For Disney, he voiced Bail Organa, Commander Cody, and Cad Bane in LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles, and reprised his role as Bail Organa in LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales. He also portrayed a Dancer in the Disney Channel Original Movie Zombies.
