Advice on Lice is a 1985 Walt Disney Educational animated/live-action short.
A filmstrip version was also distributed.
Synopsis[]
This features both animation (as the evil lice led by their insect leader, who uses walkie-talkies to communicate with his minions) and live action of a kid with an itchy head in the classroom. In pretty crazy terms, it discusses how lice are spread from human to human, and attempts to dispel the myths about who is vulnerable. It also demonstrates how to look for nits and lice, and clarifies treatment to achieve no nits.
