Trivia[]
- The song that Donald leads the orphans in is "A Stein Song". The original lyrics are "For it's always fair weather / When good fellows get together / With a stein on the table / And a good song ringing clear." To get the film accepted by the Hays Code, the "stein on the table" lyric, which is in reference to a beer mug, is changed to "a handshake of friendship".
- This marks the first appearance of Donald's new design, which would become the standard design for Donald going forward.
- Their is a stereotypical scene in which the orphan's put feathers on their heads and do native american war cries.
