Bauza started his career in animation as a character designer, working with a few production studios in Hollywood. It was this introduction to the animation world that eventually led him to a successful career in voiceovers. His first voiceover role came in 2003, when he was filled in for Billy West as Stimpy in Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon". In just a few short years, he has starred in such Emmy award-winning shows as Nickelodeon's El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera and The Fairly OddParents, Warner Bros. Animation's Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island and The Looney Tunes Show, Hasbro's G.I. Joe: Resolute, and Hero: 108 as Red-Faced Kawn and Camel King. Aside from his television credits, Bauza has played multiple roles on "The King and Us", a web-series sponsored by Burger King, and was seen on the NFL on Fox TV pre-game show.
For Disney, he voiced Fenton Crackshell in the video game DuckTales Remastered, filling in for the late Hamilton Camp. He also did additional voices in Planes: The Video Game, Disney INFINITY, Gravity Falls and Star vs. the Forces of Evil. He did the voice of Luke Skywalker in LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales, Mr. Huang in Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, Li'l Saul and additional voices in Phineas and Ferb, and Amadeus Cho, Michael Tan/Swarm, Arcade and additional voices in Ultimate Spider-Man.
