David L. Lander (born June 22, 1947) is an American actor, comedian, composer, musician and baseball scout. He is best known for his role as Squiggy on Laverne & Shirley and Henry the Penquin on Oswald.

Lander's best known role for Disney was the voice of Smarty, the leader of the Toon Patrol and secondary antagonist in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Lander reprised his role for Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, though Smarty was renamed Wise Guy. He also voiced Horace Badun in 101 Dalmatians: The Series and Arthur in Jungle Cubs.

Lander also provided the speaking voice of Thumper from A Bug's Life in a blooper where Thumper stops to rethink on how to make his scene scarier.
