Ross is known for his roles such as Starscream in the "Transformers: The Movie" videogames, as well as appearing in and producing the independent films Ninjas vs. Zombies, Ninjas vs. Vampires, and Ninjas vs. Monsters. His voice can be heard on Nickelodeon's Bunsen is a Beast, The Loud House, and The Adventures of Kid Danger, as well as Cartoon Network's We Bare Bears.

Most recognizably for Disney, he is voice of Donald Duck in the television series Mickey and the Roadster Racers and it's spinoff series Chip N' Dale's Nutty Tales.[1] This marks his first role as Donald Duck in place of Tony Anselmo, who has voiced the character since 1985.
