Colm J. Meaney is an Irish actor, who is best known for playing Miles O'Brien in the science fiction television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: The Next Generation, as well as appearing AMC's Hell on Wheels.
For Disney, he played the Cop at Tess' in the 1990 Touchstone Pictures film Dick Tracy, Morgan the Goat in the Miramax film The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain, DEA Agent Duncan Malloy in the 1997 Touchstone Pictures film Con Air, Mayor Scott R. Pitcher in the 1999 Hollywood Pictures film Mystery, Alaska, and Father Francis Morgan in the 2019 Fox film Tolkien. He also voiced Mr. Dugan in the animated series Gargoyles.
