Christopher Allen Lloyd is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian who is best known for his roles as Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown in the Back to the Future franchise, Uncle Fester in the 1991 comedy film The Addams Family and its 1993 sequel, and as Jim Ignatowski in the ABC/NBC sitcom Taxi from 1978 to 1983. He also portrayed Kruge in the 1984 film Star Trek III: The Search for Spock and Switchblade Sam in the 1993 live-action comedy film Dennis the Menace. Additionally, he voiced Rasputin in the 1997 animated film Anastasia and The Hacker in the 2002 PBS Kids show Cyberchase.

He had a variety of Disney roles. He portrayed Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Al in Angels in the Outfield and Angels in the Endzone, Uncle Martin/The Martian in My Favorite Martian, and voiced Merlock the Magician in DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp. He also played Dennis Van Welker in Camp Nowhere, "Pieces" Olden in Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead and Stan Cruge in Santa Buddies.

Similar to actors such as Vincent Price, Tony Jay, and James Earl Jones, Lloyd is also recognizable by his very distinguished voice, and the effort & energy he puts into his roles.
