Charles Thomas "Charlie" Schlatter (born May 1, 1966) is an American actor who has appeared in numerous TV series and films. He is probably best known for playing Dr. Jesse Travis over five seasons of the Dick Van Dyke series Diagnosis: Murder and for starring in big screen comedy 18 Again!, opposite George Burns. Since the early 1990s, Schlatter has been primarily a voice actor.
For Disney, he voiced the titlular character in Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, Chino in Kim Possible, and Niles in Doc McStuffins.
