Carl Harvey "C.H." Greenblatt is an American cartoon director, screenwriter, producer, voice actor, and storyboard artist, best known for being the creator of the Cartoon Network series Chowder and the Nickelodeon animated series Harvey Beaks. He is also known for his storyboard and writing work on SpongeBob SquarePants, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Chowder, Harvey Beaks, Jellystone!, and various other animated TV series. In addition, he is known for his voice work as the The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy character, Fred Fredburger, as well.
For Disney, he directed the TV series Fish Hooks, along with Maxwell Atoms, William Reiss, Tom Warburton, Derek Evanick, and Diana Lafyatis.
He also provided the voice for the Dentist in Big City Greens as well as Harl, Turtle, and Show Narrator in Fish Hooks.
