Brooke Christa Shields (born May 31, 1965) is an American actress, model, and former child star.
Some of her Disney roles include a guest appearance on The Muppet Show in episode 506 (where she played the role of Alice in the Alice in Wonderland play) and Susan Stewart in three episodes of the Disney Channel original series, Hannah Montana.
Shields contributed a "Vegetable Health Soup" recipe for Miss Piggy's 1996 cookbook, In the Kitchen with Miss Piggy. On December 9, 2001, Brooke appeared onstage with Kermit during The Muppet Show Live, donning a pig nose, blonde wig, feather boa and purple gloves to sing "Never Before, Never Again" with "Kermie" in Miss Piggy's stead. On December 1, 2008, she visited The Muppet Whatnot Workshop in New York City where she made a Whatnot.
She was also referenced in Aladdin and the King of Thieves.
